Itβs okay to feel angry β but letβs cool it down before it controls you.
- Step away and take deep breaths for 5 minutes π§
- Release energy: walk, stretch, or punch a pillow π₯
- Wash your face with cold water π§
- Write everything out β no filter π
- Listen to music or watch something funny π
- Remember: reacting calmly is real strength πͺ
